This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) outlines the conditions under which transactions, purchases, withdrawals, or services on the Ether Coin platform may or may not be refunded or reversed. By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree to the terms in this Policy.
1 Nature of Crypto Transactions
1.1 All blockchain-based cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible.
1.2 Once a transaction is confirmed on the BNB Smart Chain, it cannot be:
- Reversed
- Modified
- Cancelled
- Retrieved
1.3 This rule applies to: Token purchases, Withdrawals, P2P trades, Transfers to external wallets, Swaps.
The platform does not have control over decentralized blockchain mechanisms.
2 No Refund on Token Purchases
2.1 All purchases of Ether Coin or any other digital assets on the platform are final and non-refundable.
2.2 Users must check Wallet address, Token amount, and Network selection before confirming a transaction.
2.3 If a user sends funds to a wrong wallet address, the loss is solely the user's responsibility.
3 No Cancellation After Order Confirmation
3.1 Once a buy/sell order is submitted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
3.2 This is applicable to: P2P orders, Swap requests, Wallet transfers, Mutual trading subscriptions.
3.3 The platform does not guarantee cancellation under any circumstances.
4 Refunds in Special Circumstances
Refunds may be considered only under exceptional circumstances such as:
4.1 Duplicate Payment Error
If a user accidentally performs the same payment twice due to a technical error, user must provide proof. Platform will verify, and refund (if approved) will be issued in BNB or equivalent token value.
4.2 Platform-Wide System Error
If a transaction fails due to a server malfunction or technical glitch caused by the platform, a refund may be initiated after full investigation.
4.3 Unauthorized Access (Hacking)
If verified by logs, the platform may consider compensation, but it is not guaranteed.
Refund approval time: 7–30 business days.
5 No Refund for Promotional Bonuses
5.1 Promotional bonuses (e.g., $500 Account Opening Bonus, Referral rewards, Level commissions) are non-refundable, non-convertible, and solely platform-defined benefits.
5.2 Platform reserves the right to modify or cancel promotional offers at any time.
6 Early Withdrawal Penalty
- Withdrawals before 365 days incur a 27% token burn penalty.
- Early swap requests incur a 32% deduction.
These deductions cannot be refunded or reversed under any circumstances.
7 Incorrect Wallet Address Refund Policy
If a user enters a wrong wallet address:
- The platform is NOT responsible.
- No refund will be provided.
- Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed.
8 P2P Transaction Refunds
8.1 P2P transactions are user-to-user. The platform acts only as a facilitator.
8.3 Therefore: No refund, No cancellation, No liability for disputes.
8.4 Users are responsible for verifying buyer/seller identity and transaction correctness.
9 Refund & Dispute Submission Process
If eligible under Section 4, submit:
- Registered email
- Full name
- Transaction ID
- Screenshot proof & Detailed explanation
10 Changes & Acceptance
Ether Coin reserves the right to update this Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated Policy.
By using Ether Coin services, you acknowledge that most transactions are non-refundable and crypto transfers cannot be reversed.
