Ether Coin Exchange & Trading Platform

1 Introduction
Ether Coin is a decentralized-style trading and token-exchange platform built on the BNB Smart Chain (BEP20). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. All activities performed on the platform involve financial risk. Users acknowledge they are participating in cryptocurrency-based services voluntarily.
2 Eligibility
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Not be residents of restricted countries.
- Use the platform in compliance with local laws.
- Not engage in fraud, illegal activities, or money laundering.
3 Account Registration & Login
Users must provide accurate registration details. If a user forgets login credentials, the account cannot be recovered under any circumstances. The platform does not store private keys or user passwords.
4 Wallet Address Responsibility
All withdrawals and rewards are sent only to the BNB wallet address provided by the user. If a user enters a wrong wallet address, the loss is solely at the user’s risk. The platform does not reverse blockchain transactions.
5 Token Purchase and Locking Rules
All purchased tokens remain locked for 365 days.
- Early withdrawal: 27% burn penalty.
- Early swap: 32% burn penalty.
After 365 days, full 100% withdrawal/swap is allowed.
6 P2P Trading
To access P2P trading, users must complete Full KYC including PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, Bank Details, UPI Details, and Mobile OTP Verification.
Platform fee: 7% on every P2P sale.
7 Token Transfer Rules
Users may send and receive tokens from any external BEP20-compatible wallet.
8 Earnings Wallet & Rewards
All rewards are stored in the Earnings Wallet and can be converted to BNB anytime. Monthly rewards range from 3% – 5.5% (market-dependent, not guaranteed). These are promotional rewards, not investment guarantees.
9 Mutual Trading Profit
Mutual Trading involves diversified crypto trading performed by the platform. Users may earn market-based returns between 4% – 20% monthly. Returns are not guaranteed and may vary.
10 Referral Reward Program
7-Level Referral Commission (12% Total)
- Level 1: 6% of purchase amount
- Level 2–7: 1% each (Total 6%)
11 No Bank / UPI Transactions
The platform does not use banks, UPI, or fiat payment systems directly. All transactions are performed via BNB Smart Chain.
12 Risk Disclaimer
Crypto trading involves financial risk. Prices may rise or fall unpredictably. Users invest at their own responsibility. The platform does not guarantee profit or protection from loss.
13 Liability Limitation
The company is not responsible for blockchain failures, technical issues in third-party systems, incorrect user wallet addresses, account loss due to forgotten credentials, market volatility, or government regulations.
14 Amendments & Acceptance
The company may modify these Terms anytime. By using Ether Coin, you confirm that you fully accept all Terms & Conditions.
